Best Vitamins for my six year old child.

Hello everyone, what vitamins would you recommend to my six year old boy. I want my child to be jolly in school as well as here in our house. I lately observed that he is always dizzy and it seems very tired when ever he got's home from school. I always ask him if her teacher gives a lot of activities in school but he says, It's not that many. As a parent, I want him to be active all the time.

    Hi Mommy,

Try and notice how many hours he sleeps and what kind of food he eats. As food habits have a great impact. Please consult a doctor in case you need advice on a vitamin. Make him exercise a little. I am sure that will help.

Hi there, if he's dizzy often he should be checked out. The doctor will advise which vitamins would be best. Hope he's okay!

Hello, Jessica. I have the same problem as you. So, I decided to visit a doctor and he gave some vitamins that make my child active. Tesco Children's Chewable Multivitamins & Minerals, 60 tablets, 1.53. Free from yeast, milk, gluten, egg, and sodium. Contains Vitamins A, C, D, E, B1, B2, and B12, niacin, iron, zinc, and iodine. Vitabiotics Wellkid Baby & Infant, 150ml, 5.73. Vitamins B6 and B12, iron, and zinc play a role in helping to maintain healthy brain function. Also, provides a source of omega-3 fatty acids from flaxseed oil. Visit a specialist doctor is the best thing.

Hello, Jessica. I see that the most important source of vitamins is organic or natural nutrition. 5 months ago, I noticed that my child’s activity and movement became less than before. He also slept for a long time. I watched him for some days and I found out that he wasn't eating well. So, I decided to visit a doctor and the doctor talked to the child. Then he advised me with a healthy diet which contains protein foods like fish, meat, and eggs. Also, it contained starchy foods which supplying carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables and milk and dairy foods. He recommends me some vitamins that make my child active. These Vitamins were A, C, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and B12, niacin, iron, zinc, and iodine. The doctor said that vitamins B6 and B12, iron, and zinc play a role in helping to maintain healthy brain function. I followed this diet typically and the results were great. Visit a specialist doctor is the best thing

I totally understand you. Vitamin C influences on activity of a child. Please give her fresh orange/lemon/grapefruit juices (squeezed, not bought)

Hey, Jessica!. Don’t confused! I think you have to visit a doctor. A year ago, my child was sleeping more hours. He was sleeping 13 to 15 hours per day. When I noticed that I thought it’s normal or maybe he felt boring. But this continued for 2 weeks and I felt worried for my son. After few days, his teacher told me that my son was lazy. I talked with my son and I decided to visit a nutrition doctor. He advised me with vitamin A that promotes normal growth. Vitamin C that promotes healthy muscles and connective tissue. Also, he recommended him to have regular exercise. After 2 months, he became normal and living a normal life.
