Any of you mommies doing meal prep at all?

I started doing it for at least a few meals a week for the last month or so. I'm working from these recipies I found on the Beachbody Blog:

To those of you who are, what recipes are you using? I'd love to shake things up a bit, but I want to keep things lean and healthy if possible.
